Thanksgiving is one of the American holidays that I love the most. Only a handful of other countries have their own Thanksgiving holiday (go Canada!) so it’s special to America in a sense. But while there are legitimate concerns about the colonialist nature of the United States’ Thanksgiving history, the core aspect of its modern commemoration—thankfulness—remains unassailable in its virtue.

We have an exciting announcement. Minim has just signed a definitive agreement to merge with our partner Zoom Telephonics, Inc. (“Zoom”) (OTCQB: ZMTP), a leading creator of cable modems and other Internet access products under the Motorola® brand.

This year, Minim won a Cablefax Work Culture List award for the unique benefits package we provide to employees. When we were interviewed for the award, we were overwhelmingly asked about one of our benefits in particular: unlimited paid time off. I thought I'd share a bit more about our PTO policy.

During this time of working from home, I've been trying to figure out how to manage my kids while staying productive at work.

Minim is on a mission to deliver home WiFi that is as safe and reliable as drinking water. We believe that connectivity is as important as a utility in the home, and Coronavirus has just made this belief an even more obvious truism.

Today, we announced that I have joined Minim as its CEO. Given that I'm new to the Minim community, I thought I'd share a little about what brought me to the team, what can be expected from me, and what I think will help propel Minim forward on our mission to make WiFi simple, accessible, and safe in every home.
