Connecting military service members to civilian careers

Minim provides Active Duty military members, transitioning into civilian life, a chance to gain valuable work experience through mentoring, industry training and development. We are proud to be an authorized SkillBridge organization through the Department of Defense, bridging the skills of Service members to their new civilian careers.

Active Duty members are eligible during their final 180 days of service. The program is designed to provide the service member and our organization value in a strategic skill set match, candidate development and a path to potential regular employment. Ultimately, we are looking for transitioning service members to join our team after completion of the program in numerous job categories.

Opportunities:

The Minim SkillBridge Program goal is to find a perfect match by aligning the candidate and interests within the company. We are looking for transitioning service members to join our team for the duration of the fellowship. We offer fellowship opportunities in the following areas depending on availability:

I worked with Minim as a Senior Project Manager during my Skillbridge as I transitioned out of the US Space Force. Their speed and quality of interviews was impressive during a time when a quick turnaround was vital. During my 4 month Skillbridge, I was able to work with their Marketing, Product, Software Engineering, and Project Management teams.
