After weeks of merger talks, Zoom Telephonics and Minim Inc. reached a deal.
Boston-based Zoom Telephonics, which makes cable modems and other communications products under the Motorola brand, announced on Thursday night that it will merge with Minim, based in Manchester, N.H. The move confirms news of merger talks reported by the Boston Business Journal last month.
